Disney’s Beach Club Villas
The Beach Club Villas are the 4th Disney Vacation Club resort to be built at Walt Disney World. The 205 unit resort was announced in May 2000 and opened to guests on July 1, 2002. They are located next to the Beach Club on six acres of land.
The five-story Beach Club Villas have been designed by architect Robert Stern reflecting the whimsical architecture of oceanfront homes built in the early 20th century in Cape May, N.J..
